  • So first the good: Yes, the frames are great. I love that the designs are fresh, modern, and youthful. Also, while shopping for designs, customer service was friendly but unobtrusive. It was easy to browse through all the frames they had to offer and try on as many as I liked. My problem is the wait period. If you have a high prescription (like me), be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks for your glasses. Also, the "tracking" system on their website isn't very informative: they were apparently 'verifying my prescription' for 1 week, and then 'working on' my glasses for 2 weeks. At other stores, I can order glasses in the morning and get them by the afternoon. Maybe if you're just buying glasses for fashion - not function - this won't matter to you. Personally, I will not buy here again, as there's lots of options in Toronto.
