  • Went in to look at a two bedroom apartment for maybe leasing, the guy in the office was unorganized 1st and for most, secondly told me if i was interested I would have to put in an application for my daughter who is only 12. IDK what kind of apartments these are but no one under the age of 18 is legally bound to any contract nor have I ever heard of a child needing to fill out an application i even said she is only 12 he said "YAY they make everyone fill them out and there is the fee for each person applying". I am going with them just wanting to charge extra fees. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Also on my tour 3 adults were sleeping passed out more like it spread out in the grass with suitcases looked like homeless drug addicts.
