| - The massages are good, but this is a weird place. I received as a gift a set of four massages here. I scheduled all four, and attended three. The fourth one was scheduled for next month ... I don't think I'll be using it. Here's why:
When I schedule a massage, I expect a relaxing experience. A spa. But this is not a spa. The decor is confusing -- woodcuts, garden decor, foam rollers, bright lights, mismatched furniture? It looks like a frat boy was in charge of setting the ambiance, and he had to do so on a $50 budget at a community yard sale. This feels more like a re-purposed AAA travel center than a place I would stop in for a massage.
Their website is also no bueno -- like it was designed in 1997 and never updated. Their online scheduler is confounding. Why are prenatal massages offered as a service but not an option on the online scheduler? Why was my last massage cancelled with no notice, no phone call, no explanation, no offer to reschedule? Why is it impossible to reach someone there by phone?
In short, I wouldn't choose this place over any of the other great massage options within a few miles of it. I also won't bother rescheduling my next massage, because it looks like all of their staff except two people have quit. Not a great sign for quality.
