If I could give 0 starts I definitely would. Horrible customer service experience . The staff don't care about their costumers' needs. They prefer play around with Alexa(Amazon speaker) asking dumb questions than making sales. My boyfriend and I went to get a new cellphone. I got to say he is not a big fan of cellphones, but staff didn't even mind trying to sell for something more expensive. They definitely judged our looks and the old phone my boyfriend wanted to trade in and taught we didn't have money. Although, have to give a thumbs up to one of the guys, he did know what he was doing after the first guy messed out my boyfriend's phone account. Not only that, I took advantage we drove 40 minutes to that store, I decided to bought a screen protector for my apple watch. As soon as I got into the car, I noticed an item was missing. We went back again since we were still in Chandler to exchange the item for a complete one. The lady on the returns area tried to fight with me telling me that piece wasn't included and after her seeing with her own eyes, she was like "oh it does come with it." And she called one of the guys from the cellphone department and he comes with "the missing piece" and it just ruined my watch's screen. We ended up going to a different location where they solved the problem and went above and beyond their costumer services without judging or looking to us like if we were crazy and poor. Sales Associates at this location do not know what they are doing, they definitely need more training or got to say this store needs a new staff.
