  • Been renting for 5 plus years through Dane. Had a couple rough spots but no biggie. Had air filter replacement by them every two years or so...lol. Could read a book through the filters. Used my own every 3 months. Water heater failed. Replace quickly. Mold issue took a year. Lease is up 4/1. Get a call on 3/1 saying the "owners are doing something else with the property". It's 3/9 and I still don't have notice. This clown has no clue about the financial and mental stress he causes. Renters...stay away.
