  • The Drs. Kleven, and Van Hamm are actually quite good. The phone system , the office staff and the records dept is off the planet bad. example. My wife asked for a chiropractor referral , now most people know if you ask for a chiropractor you need it now...It took two weeks to get a referral--they blamed our insurance, but I know that is not the case. In the meantime we spent our own money to go to one. They office staff is beyond terrible at calling back on any question you might have ( too many examples to even list ) The phone system is also beyond terrible..If you dont mind getting upset every time you call in this is the office for you. However if you expect competent , professional and on time responses from this office..Go somewhere else FAST !
