| - I went into this location cause I bought a house close by and I'm sick of paying crossfit prices. When I walk in they pair me up with the sales person, Adriana. I literally asked her if she was training because there's no way shes been doing this longer than a couple days. Nope.
Anyway, everything you would think someone trying to sell a membership would say: what the membership includes, classes offered, amenities, cost, want a tour, ANYTHING... she says nothing. I had to lead her through the entire conversation. Then she just stares at me until I ask her if I can have a tour.
After the tour I requested a trial membership, thinking like a couple days or a week to get a proper feel for the gym, see what the culture is like, how the staff are, see how busy it is around the time I will be going, things like that. She says she cant give me one because I had an LVAC membership almost 15 years ago. 15 years! She wanted me to pay $50 to try the facility for a week.
I liked LVAC back then and when I moved near one I was psyched! However, a lot changes in 15 years and I just wanted a little reassurance before signing an $800+ contract. Not cool LVAC. I guess I'll keep looking. Let's see how the nearby EOS handles their customers.
