I first purchased a Groupon for my sister and I, text Hannah to schedule. Super rude (wish I had kept screenshots)...masseuses are a dime a dozen, so I'm not sure what you're on your high horse for?
Whatever, I figure texts don't help in tone of voice, go in to get the massage, massage is ok. Give her a $100 bill to break, she gives me all 20's back...also does this to the lady before me. Now I see why the other lady was annoyed. Whatever, tip her the undeserved 40%.
Contact her a few months later because I need to redeem the voucher, again super rude. Not sure if she's just rude to Groupon customers or everyone, but you're not God's Gift to Earth. If you were a little nicer, you may actually keep customers instead of resorting to all first timers on Groupon. Exchanged the voucher for something else.
