  • They suck, I watch people who work on your car at places like this. The oil change guy was using a crescent wrench to take off my drain plug. WTF ???? They will also upsell you to buy stuff like flush your brake fluid, flush your power steering fluid change your fan belts that are perfectly fine. I'm surprised that they didn't want to change my blinker fluid and change the air in my tires. Franchise operation, the name means nothing. Avoid, I'm sure there are better places. I'VE had better luck at Pep Boys service, and they aren't exactly the same as going to the dealer for service.
