  • BOOM. This place is awesome. I booked a room for my Mom last second and we were lucky to snatch it up. I'd never heard of it and I was moving here so I wanted to give her a great experience, let her relax and also find some quiet time for me as I was moving cross country. From the moment I arrived with a truck and a trailer, the valet guys were beyond accommodating. The service here is absolutely next level and comes from a place of authenticity, it's obvious that it's genuine unlike other hotels which do it but you can tell the staff is like "This sucks". I thought the rooms were great, but I only stayed one night there. Exploring the community was awesome and the Spa was amazing -- cold plunge pool, hot tubs, shaving stations, rooftop pool and more -- truly great place to relax. Great location if you're gonna be in the Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter area.
