rev:text	I went last week and brought 6 very full bins with me. I checked in and then started to bring my heavy bins in and once I brought in the 3rd one, one of the workers told me they are only accepting one bin per customer per day now, and proceeded to point to the size of the bin they will accept. I was a bit confused but she explained it was because of the increase in minimum wage so they couldn't have as many workers at one time anymore. I was irritated because I just drove 30 minutes to their location and there is zero signs posted anywhere regarding that new policy, and I was even more irritated that no one told me anything as I was checking in instead of waiting until I had already brought in the 3rd bin. Not to mention there was maybe 1 other customer in the store and the bins ahead of me were already completed. As a business owner myself, I make sure to please my customers in any way that I can.. after-all, they are the ones that are paying my bills each month. They could have stated the new policy and told me as a one time courtesy since I was already there that they would accept the bins I had.. but nope! The girl they had working talked to me with her attitude as if I was supposed to already know this policy. I give it 3 stars because I use OUAC as a last resort after I have tried selling on eBay, Facebook groups, etc before I send to a shelter so I expect the low payouts. But unfortunately for this location, I won't be returning unless that policy goes back to what it was. I live 30 minutes from this place and it's not worth my time to bring just one bin. I'll be making the drive to the Scottsdale location each month to get rid of it all in one shot.
