  • The only reason why I am giving this place a 2 stars instead of one is because it was clean, in a decent area, the registration ladies were nice and we didn't have to wait long- maybe 15 minutes with 2 people in front of us. So, My shy, sweet 12 year old daughter had to get blood work done for the first time because she's sick. She is deathly afraid of needles. The young guy, didn't get his name, who was going to draw her blood said to me daughter( exact words) 'If you don't calm down I will get mean'. WTF??? My daughter was holding her arm and saying no- about to cry too, that was literally it. If - a very strong if- I ever go back to this exact place I will raise hell if I see that man again. You never ever talk to people like that especially young scared children. You should be lucky I didn't maim you on the spot. I guess I was in shock. By the way he was somewhere around 6', medium blondish hair and glasses. He was telling me about other people that have a hard time getting their blood drawn. You don't do that. He is a rude jerk that should be fired.
