  • I will never purchase from Mattress Firm again and will never recommend them. I purchased a mattress in cash and it was horrible so I returned it and have yet to receive my refund. When I went into the store to do my returned. I was pressured into telling Steve and George where I purchased my new mattress and how much it was. I am so upset with my experience and very discouraged with mattress firm. I was given a pillow for free because I argue the fact that George never told about the return mattress fee and when I opened the box and there was blood on it dripping down DISGUSTING!!! The sales people are pushy and I felt that they were not caring about my needs only making a sale.
