  • It's got that "douchbag" vibe. Which is fine, in the right neighborhood....like Brooklyn. This is Canada for heavens sake. Isn't being courteous like a National thing here? Anyway, Gerrard isn't even gentrified. So keep it sweet, humble, and neighborly or you won't survive. I don't care how good you are. (Unless most of your business is from catering and production, then you're fine, be douchie.) FiancĂ© and I popped in for coffee after dim sum. Your coffee just doesn't cut it. Milk in latte wasn't hot enough, espresso didn't have that pow. Train your young staff on the basics, like make a decent cup of coffee, greet with a smile, say "thank you"....not rocket science here folks. Three stars rating is for the visual appeal of your pastries, which we will try next time.
