rev:text	Unbelievable it took three months for them JG Wentworth to contact us they say we are not paying our mortgage we set up and we're understanding that they had direct access to pay we live in carefree Arizona there is no mail delivery to the physical address we've given them both physical and the PO Box they sent everything to the physical it was returned but my problem is they had two emails and two phone numbers and yet nobody took it upon themselves from the back room as a say to contact us now we are being charged delinquent late fees and our credits score will be damaged I don't understand the inability to handle a simple simple process
