| - Everything we ate was either over-salted or bland. Enchiladas, eggplant Parmesan, Chinese spicy shrimp, steamed pollack, stuffing, all way too salty. Crawfish, egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, egg rolls all bland, no flavor at all. Everything else didn't really look appetizing. The ribs were tough to eat. The Chinese ribs, too dry. Chicken gumbo was ok. They had Cajun style offerings like fried catfish and hush puppies, but it looked like it had been sitting there for too long, so I avoided it. The only thing that tasted great was their prime rib and mashed potatoes. Dessert selection was nice. They had gelato and sorbet as well as soft serve. Lots of cakes and pies, but didn't try. They have a chocolate fountain where you can dip fruit and cream puff in. Kids loved that part. Our meal was a decent value only for the prime rib. Our waiter Manny did a great job at taking care of us.
