  • Thieves. I bought a ticket for $97 and needed to change my dates. Refused to give my money back. Customer service was extremely rude and there was a long wait to talk to someone. When I emailed them they just ignored me. Will never use Greyhound! They don't care about new customers. Now I'm wasting my time and getting my money thru the bank. I don't support criminals.
