| - The bad news, my battery was dead. The good news, it was still under warantee. While awaiting a tow, my doctor instructed me to go immediately to a hospital ER. The good news? it was only a mile away from this store. Further good news, upone hearing this, and in hopes that I could get the car before going to the hospital. they would rush the service for me. The bad news, the tow truck hadn't arrived.
While waiting and debating what to do, one of the staff there said, "Whatever you need, we'll take care of you." I wish I had his name. That greatly releavied the pressure.
Finally, we had to leave. Debbie was most helpful throughout this situation. I was admitted to the hospital and likely not to be released until Sunday. On Saturday, trying to get the logistics figured out, and knowing I probably wouldn't have a ride home, another problem was solved.
Debbie agreed to get the car over to the hospital and brought the keys to my room; after her shift was over! My only complaint was she REFUSED my tip!
I can't say enough good things about the attitude, prompness, and overall service here. I'll go out of my way to use them again. But hopefully, not via the hospital!
