  • Amazon.ca has a better human touch than the in-store experience here. Found the item I was looking for, at a price comparable to other electronics stores in the area. Didn't have any help on the floor, but didn't need it as the item was easy to find. When I went to the checkout, the cashier made a point of pitching me a $25 2-year extended warranty (on a $80 headset) but didn't bother to thank me for my purchase. Not feelin' the love. Will return to Future Shop for price only, I don't have any loyalty to them.
