  • I'm a lover of chipotle and believe me I go there so often But in this case, This was probably my worst chipotle experience. Like usually I'm from around the west side of town and the customer service there is far better. This time I was doing some errands around this part of town and decided to stop by. To first start off, no one greeted me while I was there. Then on top of that I literally stood there for 5 min, while they were just standing around waiting to get my order made. I noticed it with the other customers too, they experience the same. But it's totally understandable if it's crowded and at a busy hour. but when there's no like and no crowd I would've expected a faster service. Also I was paying for the meal and when it was time to pay I had the change for the cents portion. but the girl told me it was possible, had to break a 20 just for .05 cents. When I gave her the 25 cents instead she said that wasn't possible. Really love this place but seriously wished it had better customer service.
