I have never seen so much confusion at a business in my life. (On an administration level)
Since day one they have never gotten anything right.
I signed up my two kids. They charged us DOUBLE for one month on two separate credit cards. Every time we went in they would have this 'deer in a headlight look' and say something like, "Ohhh we don't have you scheduled today." Or "Ohhh we're showing you missed a day." Or "Are you going to pay for today?" Or my favorite was, "We don't have a class for you today so you'll have to go home and wait for the manager to call you." THEN when we try to carry on that particular day to the next month, they won't do it unless we pay for a whole other month. I don't think so.
We confirmed every appointment prior to our visits and STILL had issues. I seriously felt like I was in the Twilight Zone
We paid for 4 sessions and ended up terminating our enrollment on the 3rd session because it was just unbearable. I didn't care about the fact that we couldn't get a refund.
Also the waiting room was gross. They have dirty, cracked, and unsafe toys all over the place.
My suggestion: This place needs a whole new revamp in management and admin staff. Maybe new computer software that keeps track of appointments and payments, and a cleaning crew for the waiting room.
It's too bad their administration staff is so screwed up because my kids really enjoyed the place and atmosphere. The actual swimming coaches were amazing and did a great job. Alex and Jared were our favorite coaches.
