  • Very poorly organized. We signed my sons up toward the middle of September which was after the deadline, so we paid a late fee, but it was before practices had started. After not hearing anything for a week, I emailed the organization. I was told that a coach would contact me. It was over another week before I finally got an email from a coach. This included information about the first game but not about practices. We finally realized that there was information was on the portal. Why wasn't I told that when I emailed the organization in the first place. My boys had missed 2 weeks of practices now. The information on the portal is very difficult to find and dig through as it is set up discussion style, meaning that you have to dig through all of the comments to make sure you haven't missed anything and nothing has changed. I'm still not sure exactly what the practice schedule was supposed to be. They also had both of my young sons practicing at overlapping times at totally separate locations. When you sign up your children in the same league you expect there to be a level of convenience for scheduling. I asked for a refund at this time. It was about 3 weeks after I signed them up and they had never even been to one practice. We were denied a refund. Games don't start for another week and we were still denied a refund. I will never recommend this organization.
