  • This is my local--I can walk here within about 20 min. And I often do! Good selection of books. I found a jazz title I had been looking for. They have bought back a couple of items for a little bit of store credit--I think it was on par with anyone else in the city. I'm not into vinyl but if I were, this store would be one to visit. Actually, stores like this are probably why I'm not into LPs--I'd go broke right quick. CDs! As usual, with these smaller shops, inventory is limited. I have walked in and found several titles I've wanted. Other times I've found nothing. Prices are quite good. I haven't bought any DVDs--when I've looked a few times for box sets, I was unable to find much. Staff is friendly. Very recommended. But as Mike's further west on the Danforth, you probably would not want to go out of your way to come here. However, this would be an excellent part of a trip out to the Danforth, east of Greektown. There are dozens of reasons I love living here and this shop is one of them.
