  • DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALARMFORCE. I had an alarm installed in my home in Miami Florida US several years ago. Before I agreed to the installation I advised the salesperson (over the phone) that I would be selling the home and relocating in a few years and would need to have a contract that we could terminate when we sold the home. He agreed to that and as Alarmforce advises that all calls are recorded I thought that if I had a problem later, they could go to the recording and see what he had promised. A few years later I relocated to North Carolina. I called Alarmforce to cancel and they asked me to either try to sell the system to the new owner (who did not want it) or pack it up and ship it back to them. I sent it back to them but not before trying to transfer the service to my new home. They told me they did not service my new homes area. At that point I asked and received a ZERO BALANCE letter from them stating I owed them nothing. Why then have I been receiving harassing phone calls and letters for the past year stating that I could not cancel the contract and I owe them a balance.? I have had to block their phone number and throw away all correspondence. AGAIN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALARMFORCE. THEY EITHER ARE CROOKS OR REALLY STUPID. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN IT A ZERO RATING I WOULD HAVE.
