  • I was headed for Wendy's for a salad but their line was way too long. Decided to go back to Longevity. Boom! I was in and out of the drive thru line in no time. I noticed they expanded the menu with more wraps, bowls, breakfasts and WOW the desserts look like they might be good to try too. There is a carrot cake that sounded real good that I must try. I'm not crazy for the décor, of the old Taco bell building, but the food more than makes up for it. The drive through is convenient. I hope this place gets even more popular and stays for good. Something that is so unique and delicious too. I have tried a smoothie which was good, the favorite wrap for me is the spinach feta cheese with chicken, tomato, spinach leaves and a splash of balsamic vinegrette. I have had the ultimate chicken bowl with the beans etc which was excellent. I wish the wraps came with a pickle. There are sides. One I will try soon is the pasta salad. The wrap was stuffed with lots of spinach, loaded with fresh cubed cold chicken breast, tomato, feta and just enough dressing. The tuna is supposed to be a "must try" per the girl working there, but I am stuck on the chicken feta wrap. I wonder if they will ever make homemade muffins? zucchini with chocolate sounds good. If you haven't tried this place and live in the area, try it out. You won't be disappointed. UPDATE I went again today and tried the carrot cake. YUMMM. This could be dangerous. This carrot cake was in the shape of a jumbo muffin and was loaded with walnuts, carrots, pineapple? almonds on top. Moist and not super sweet and sticky like some carrot cake out there. No frosting which makes it guilt-free, has a dusting of powder sugar. After my first bite, I decided it was too good to be eating in the car on the run, and saved it for when I could make a cup of hot tea to go with. I hope they never run out.
