There's a reason Grist House was voted the best brewery in Pittsburgh by Thrillist. A gem in Millvale has great artwork/chalkwork in and around the bar (Check out the door after you walk through!!) and a large open-air patio that they can close up in the winter. They are dog-friendly and often have local food trucks in the parking lot, which is another win altogether.
Onto the important part, the beers. They usually have at least 7 different brews on tap, probably the Camp Slap Red or Gristly Bear Brown being the most well known. All of the beers are loaded with flavor, and easily described on the menus. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and can help you with any decisions!
