  • The Annex Cat Rescue is hands down one of the greatest charitable organizations in Toronto. Entirely volunteer-run, this is a great organization to join up with if you're looking for do some impactful volunteering. I've been involved as a foster parent for the last 6 months, and I've recently been involved in writing for their blog and contributing social media content. Their team is accommodating and great to work with, and they always put the cats first. If you're looking to adopt a cat, there's no better organization to connect with. You'll be adopting a cat that's living with and being socialized by a foster family, and you'll get to meet the kitty in a relaxed environment before making any adoption decisions. Helping kittens rescued from the street, and supporting one of the leanest, most passionate and dedicated charity out there? It's a great choice that will make you feel ever better.
