rev:text	While only two years old, Gelatology is already legendary, both in reputation and in the sheer goodness of the incredible Gelato flavors they serve. I have had the opportunity to come here numerous times for their outstanding gelato, as well as for a Gelato Birthday Cake for my love. The flavors change on a regular basis, with hundreds of flavors making their way into cups and cones each month. If you are like myself, and you enjoy a savory dessert from time-to-time, you can easily find a flavor or two, such as Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese, Chicken & Waffle, Foie Gras, Rosemary EVOO, Salmon Mousse, or even Bacon Gelato options on the menu (especially on Fridays), and if you prefer your gelato on the sweeter side, then you're always in luck. Gelatology really is a place for everyone. Our family is always pleased, since owner and Master Gelato Creator of Flavor, Desyree, knows how to satisfy my savory likings, my girl's sweet tooth, and even the sophisticated palette of my love...when one place can do all that, you know you have something special! They are not shy about giving you as many samples of gelato as you wish...so it's easy to order your favorite one (two, or three) in a cup or a cone. In addition to gelato, Gelatology offers sorbets, affogatos, a few pastries, specialty drinks, and even gelato cakes. The gelato cakes are truly wonderful, and can be customized to your liking, but require advanced notice. It is certainly our fortune in Las Vegas to have the acclaimed Gelatology, by Desyree, so make a point to visit, even if you have to drive a ways to do so...and don't forget to say hello to Desy if she's in.
