I work in property management and I called them to see if they could service an appliance for one of our rentals. They had potential to get our business as a vendor but from the first call I was treated unprofessionally. They don't do accounts or billing. Fine. We agreed to make a credit card payment over the phone. Then they couldn't get out to the property until Tuesday of next week (4 days from now) even though their website claims "same day service." Fine. We started to schedule the service call. He begrudgingly took my information. I started to explain to him the issue with the appliance and that we did have another service company do a prior repair FOUR months ago (they unclogged a condensation drain line) and he cut me off saying, "I'm out! I'm done! I don't touch an appliance someone else has service! I'm out!"
It was unbelievable how utterly unprofessional, condescending and rude this gentleman was!
He could have said "as a professional courtesy I have a policy against servicing appliances that have already been repaired by another company" or something like that. Anything would have been better than interrupting me and and saying "I'm out! I'm done!" When I tried to explain to him it was four months ago and that the prior repair was minor he continued to interrupt me shouting "I'm out!"
Totally unprofessional. I would certainly advise anyone considering this service company to look elsewhere for more a professional experience.
