  • As an avid makeup collector, this Sephora just disappoints me. The products are ALWAYS sold out or tampered. Since this Sephora is so conveniently located inside the Eaton Centre, it's kind of hard to avoid coming here often. I made a trip to the Eaton Centre during the heat wave just to pick up something that I needed (Urgently!). It went smoothly...until I got home. The product was most likely taken out of the package in the store and most likely been used since it looked stained. So, I made another trip back to Sephora the next day to exchange it. When I went to the check out, the lady greeted me politely... but once she sees that I pulled out the same product out of my bag, it all went downhill. She rudely asked for the reason of the exchange and her facial expression quickly changed. The way she spoke sounded rude. Overall, It was not a pleasant trip. This isn't the only time that I experienced this type of customer service since overall, the customer service at this location is just horrible. Can't say I won't return since it's the most convenient one for me, but I would only go when I know exactly what I need and not needing any help from the makeup artists there. P.S I recommend going to the location on Bloor or the one in Fairview.
