rev:text	I have to agree with many of the other postings here. The customer service is extremely poor. It is like running you through the mill to collect $$$. And $$$ is what it is all about! Please do not believe the owl commercials and the advertising of 2 for $69 or whatever. Completely Bogus! I paid over $300 for my ONE pair of glasses and was told that if I wanted a second pair I must pay an additional $148, I went to pick up the pair of glasses and basically they were handed to me and the clerk walked away, Didn't even speak or see if they would fit me or not.
