  • If you are looking for a great meal, at a nice, clean, non chain restaurant in a great location, Liberty is one of many now in Old Town Gilbert. Portions are reasonable. My wife and I often share a meal. My favorites have to be the chicken sandwhich, cobb chicken salad and cauliflower mash. Im generally not a fan of carrott cake, but we have it everytime we dine here. It looks and tastes great. Not too sweet. We come here at least once or twice a month.
