  • Let me start with i had 2 prior plumbing companies sent by my warranty company come and do well nothing, they misdiagnosed what my plumbing problem was, in fact they didn't even open my walls or use a camera , in fact i guess they had super powers and could see through walls to diagnose a slab leak,, a few days later i get a call from my warranty company with a quote that left me near heart failure, and was told i had to go with that quote or i could call another company on my own and have it repaired, this is the option i took , i looked up slab leak on my phone and came up with Plumbsmart right away i liked what their website had to say , i called them literally at 530 pm on a friday, explained what was going on, and they said they would send out one of their best, it was scheduled for 3 to 5 on a saturday how awesome is that , and to boot i was running a little late getting home from work, i met the Plumber , William, then explained what the problem was according to info i got from 2 other plumbers, he immediately took charge asked if he could open my wall in the living room to see the pipes from both bathrooms , i believe he knew right away it was not a slab leak, so he open up the wall behind the first bathroom took his time did some running water test and determined that this bathtub was not the problem , asked if he could open another hole closer to my front door where my bedroom shower would be located , i of course said ok, he opened it up took out some insulation and literally right then and there said got your problem, said it was the hose bib leaking which both of the other plumbers said was not the problem , because of course they can see through walls. lol. William quoted me a price and fixed the problem within 20 mins, did an awesome job, William and plumbsmart has all my thanks and gratitude, i appreciate all your help William. i will definately recommend plumbsmart to everyone .
