  • I currently live here. Been here for 11 months. One more month to go and I'm out!!! First of all, outside is filled with roaches. I will not walk outside at night. Its horrible. Second, the people across of us has a party every Saturday night. They are loud, sing, drunk, and the house is filled with people. They are loud till 5am. I seen security scold them on a few occasions but sometimes they are nowhere to be found. I have 3 sleeping kids!!! Third, for 7 months a car has been parked in our parking stall. I complain to the office waaaay too many times and they don't do anything. Nothing. They said they would tag the car a century ago. Fourth, our mailbox is a 10 min walk from our unit! Fifth, the HOA here is annoying. They nag nag nag. No bicycles on the patio. That's just stupid. Only pro is the unit is nice.
