  • Decent stay! Room offered plenty of space and came with free breakfast! The beds are comfy and there is a mini kitchen. We also liked that the alarm came with a usb outlet for our phones, yes the little things count too Got lucky cause we were able to book our 2 nights using only our points! Love the perks of being a Hyatt Gold Passport Platinum member Otherwise, it would've been $299 a night Customer service was great, thank you Jose, Alex, & Angie (I hope I got your names right). Minor things we thought could use an improvement is a bigger area for the gym or maybe an extra bench cause it gets really crowded with 4-5 people in there at the same time.
