  • Ken was awesome. I had problems getting my address light to stay on. Contacted Matthews and spoke with Theresa who was very prompt and helpful. Gave me pricing and set up appointment. Ken came and already knew what the problem was. Fixed my light in 10 minutes. So i had him give me a quote on ceiling fan install. One week later Ken came back, installed new fan, plus fixed another fan in my house. Took him a little over an hour and only charged me for the one hour labor plus parts. Highly recommend. Thanks again
