  • I think this business is getting 3 stars because people do not like them calling their cell phone. However, with that being said they called mine and I took a leap of faith. Austin was a very nice tech, and made us come outside too see what was up with our unit. Ended up being the run cap was out and our coils were so clogged they made our motor run hard. We joined their 3 year, 2 times a year maintenance program for $550. They take credit and have financing available on the spot. I am a happy customer.
