rev:text	Came with a co-worker during lunch and was quite disappointed by the experience. I called the day before just to make an appointment but they didn't even ask my name. We arrived around 11:45am and was prompted seated. A girl who was with another client asked what we wanted done and told us to sit down. I told them I wanted to remove shallac and have a French mani. This other girl dropped off a dish for me to soak and I was soaking probably for 30 mins with no one checking in. The only times that someone came by was when they needed to take something out from the table I was sitting at. They did it 3-4 times and since my hands were soaked, I couldn't really move out of the way. They just came up and pulled the draw out right to my stomach. Not really apologetic either. When asked about when we would be served, they either ignored us or spoke in Mandarin (which neither of us understood). We were finally served and the girl was pretty rough with my hands. She didn't really care much about my wedding band/engagement ring and was just spraying stuff and applying lotion all over my hands. Guess it's really on me to take them off but at other nail salons, the girl would actually turn my rings around the other way so it won't be sprayed. I eventually took them off. The clipping was a bit painful but she was fast. There were a couple of minor imperfections but I can look past that. She quoted me $20 and I paid cash but tax was still included so in total for shallac removal and mani came to $22.60 (which I guess is a decent price). If you are looking for better customer service (not even spa-like but just some professionalism), look elsewhere.
