Ok it's official, I love this clinic.
The 3-stories clinic is fairly new. It's the 2.0 version of the old Metro Monk clinic. It's got a great layout, spacious, sunny, clean. The staff and doctors are professional, mostly young (fresh outta residency - a few years in), and treat you respectfully. It's super accessible by metro, just across the street. By car is a bit trickier to find parking.
It has great walk in services and patient services with a functional website. You can book appointments with your Dr. with just a few clicks. As a walk in clinic, what's great is you don't have to line up outside in the rain/cold so that's a huge perk.
They have a ton of specialists working in the same building from physiotherapy to ophthalmology to cardiology, etc. They also take blood tests but only by appointment.
The only "negative" which I think applies to just about every other clinic is that there's not a lot of privacy when you're at the front desk rattling off your symptoms and personal info.
Now maybe this is worth more than my review:
HOW I GOT MY FAMILY DR.
I called Info Santé to get info on getting a family Dr. I called to get my name placed on a waiting list based on my health status...and forgot about it. Two+ years later I get a call out of the blue saying:* Congratulations!! You've been assigned as a patient to Dr. So 'n so! Do you accept this offer???
So my reasonable answer was Heck yeah!!!
And my Dr was from the CMMM.
*Dramatization added for extra effect
