  • 4 years ago this was an excellent place. Today I returned here (totally different staff) & was taken aback at the cost of the service. I work on the Navajo Reservation in a healthcare facility & as expected my vehicle is covered w/ mud. The bulky dark haired attendant immediately focused on my wheels like he was searching for a bomb or something - I knew he was gonna charge the crap outta me. He circled my car twice. I told him I wanted The $22 car wash. I also told him I wanted my car mats washed. After a pause he stated that it would cost $20 extra to wash my car mats and $20 to spray off the car wheel well to clean off the mud... A total of $62. I gasped and was taking aback I shared with him a few choice words and said that I would spray this off on my own. I subsequently went to "Desert Auto Spa" on Thomas and Hayden. They were able to clean the mats, the wheel wells & the entire interior and exterior as expected for $32. They did a good job as well. So I caution people to stay away from prestige car wash because of the new staff ... they'll cheat you!
