  • I had a groupon deal which is why I wanted to try this local spa. My appointment was at 10am which I arrived at 9:45am but the girls didn't arrive to work until 9:54am and had trouble turning on lights and setting up. At 10:16am I finally entered the room (which is decent as is the set up out front and washrooms) and the esthetician said the treatment would be an hour. She was very nice and accommodated my pregnancy with extra pillows but snuck in an upgrade of a 1/2hr massage without disclosing price or consent- which I thought was for the included massage(which was only a cheap 10 min of oiling up my neck). So when I went to pay the tax and tip it was a lot more than what I expected but she felt she explained herself well and tried to push the packages 10 massage/facials for $420 on me. So if u go with a groupon be cautious of upgrades, otherwise it wasn't a bad place for facials but not for non RMT massage.
