  • To keep it short. Ranged two buzzers to order food kid took 20 minuets to get to me and my girl. Specifically asked for diet said (she's diabetic) brought her regular soda ( this could have killed her if she kept drinking it) ranges bell took another 10 for the kid to come back. Got food chicken tenders and fries food was overly salted couldn't eat it. Ranged two bells again to have food taken back kid never came. At end of movie since the kid never came to pick up bill went down said had an issue would like item removed. Kid told me I should have said something during the movies. Without embarrassing him and telling him that we ranged for you twice and waited over 15 mins I just said I rather waited until the end to enjoy the movie. Even had the full plate of food that I didn't eat with me. The kid told me I don't think my manger is going to do anything because you waited until the end Of the movie. This incipient alone is the reason I will never come back. Rather go to studio movie grill, iPic or Alamo Drafthouse.
