rev:text	I paid this company an application fee of $50 because I was told I qualified. They then turned me down and kept my $50 so they could raise the rent on the property I was applying for. Don't give them any money they are lairs and misrepresent themselves. Lots of others companies out there that are ethical and don't scam people. This company is not one of them, don't trust them! Very strange how this post is not allowed on Yelp! And my other reviews are being posted...makes you wonder why...are the reports that Yelp accepts money to hide bad reviews true? Hummmmm.
