  • I want to complement Appliance Repair Service Experts and especially the service provided by the tech Eugene. My refrigerator was warm. It had a frozen evaporator coil due to a shorted out circuit board. I called late in the day and they were able to get me scheduled the very next morning. Very quick service. The people who answer the phones are always very pleasant. Eugene was polite when he called to tell me he was on the way. When he arrived, he immediately knew what the issue was and did tests to diagnose the exact part that was broken. He explained what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. He was very competent and professional. If I have other appliance repair needs, I will definitely call and request Eugene. Also, Ive purchased parts from them before and always call them first when I have a need for parts.
