  • Can't understand the negative and luke warm reviews. I purchased the Hoover Dam tickets thru Groupon. We were picked up promptly at the hotel with a modern, air conditioned bus. We were then driven, along with the other pickups, to their office where we were checked in and assigned a bus, also air conditioned and very comfortable. Our tour guide, Stan, was great. He was constantly feeding us information about not only the Hoover Dam but Las vegas and the surrounding area and kept it lively. The Hoover Dam is something to see and I highly recommend it. On the way back we didn't have to stop at their office and were dropped right in front of our hotel. We went on Sunday July 31, 2016.
