  • My name is Jacob Peoples, what I'm about to say might sound crazy but its not. I went into this store earlier today to have them reset my phone because I believe that my ex has put spyware on my Iphone 7. An individual named I believe "john or Robert bonia" helped me. At first everything seemed fine. He looked through my phone and found a few fishy things and told me that I need to reset my phone because my icloud had been compromised. We began the process of changing my icloud password, I also wanted to reset my phone but save the pictures on it but they wouldn't save because I did not have enough icloud storage, so he told me that I need to upgrade for 0.99 cent a month to the 50 gig plan. Everything went smoothly until I tried to enter my cc info and suddenly the wifi stopped working. My internet instantly stopped working. After a few minutes he started answering a large amount of text messages on his phone (which was quite unprofessional), he also started sweating and acting very suspiciously. Before I knew it I started seeing new employees that were not there before. Actually only two of the original employees were left in the store. Keep in mind this is at 12 o'clock pm. So I asked John or Robert Bonia if I could work with another employee because he was acting very unprofessional. He instantly turned pale and ran behind the counter. So went up to the employee next to the counter and asked why none of the original employees were still there. (get ready for this) he says every two hours all the employees have to go on break or they will be FIRED. Keep in mind I just went through a breakup and my ex has falsely accused me of crimes I did not commit out of anger. So I am currently under INVESTIGATION. And investigators have been following my every move. Before I knew it there was not a single person left in the store that was there when I arrived. And I recognized a few people as the investigators that have been FOLLOWING ME. THIS APPLE STORE WORKS WITH THE POLICE. IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE MY STORY PLEASE INVESTIGATE FARTHER. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A LAWSUIT BECAUSE OF THEM LYING TO ME AND INVADING MY PRIVACY. IF THEY HAVE NOT DISTROYED THE TAPES YET THIS WILL FOR SURE BE VERIFIED. ONCE AGAIN THE PEOPLE I WORKED WITH WAS ROBERT BONIA ALSO A SHORT WHITE GENTALMAN WITH GLASSES, AND WHITE HAIR. AND ALSO THE MANAGER WHO IS ALSO SHORT AND WHITE.
