  • What a mess! This place was a huge disappointment. Like many other reviewers, I had a Groupon for Whitening Xpressions. I called to make an appointment and when I showed up at the time I had booked, I was told that they had let someone come in early and my slot was taken. They then told me to come back a half an hour later, but they would give me $10 off the $25 upgrade. So I had to spend more money in order to get the discount they were offering me for their mistake? Ridiculous. So when I came back a half hour later, I had my whitening session. The employees were rude, talked the whole time about their personal lives, answered about 20 calls during my session (which is rather annoying when the room is about the size of a nice walk in closet) and clearly unprofessional. Then when I went to pay, I only had cash with me and they had no change! So I ended up paying an extra $4 as "tip" since they couldn't give me any change. While my teeth are slightly whiter (honestly not very noticeable at all), I would highly caution you to avoid this establishment!!!! There's definitely a reason they offer Groupons for such a high discount from their normal price. Find a different place to go for your teeth whitening needs. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
