  • This is a top-notch facility with all the bells and whistles you could imagine for your young person's care. The decor - waiting rooms, exam rooms, and even hallways - is colorful and simple. Very non-threatening to kids as well as their parents. Being a Children's Hospital, they also offer things you don't see elsewhere. Parents can be with their kids all the way into the surgical rooms and be with them when they wake up in recovery rooms. The kids are never "alone" or scared. Pretty cool. In my visit today, it seemed like we couldn't turn a corner without someone jumping out to ask us if we needed help finding something. Sure, it's a hospital and nothing is easy to find, but give me a chance to solve this puzzle! lol But keep in mind. This is still a hospital. So there is still a list of forms and processes to go through. Sorry - no breaks there. Parking is not simple by any means, and getting from parking to "front entrance" is a task too. But once you're in, you're set. But, if your child has some medical issues to deal with, this surely is the place to handle them!
