  • If I could give this place no stars , I would be happier. This place is a waste of time not only because it's ridiculously overpriced but it's customer service is totally lacking. It was our first time going to a karaoke bar and no instruction on how to use the machine was given. No hook was provided to show song list. Everything was on a computer that was hard to navigate. Had to run out of the room to find someone to help us each time we got stuck because of the lack of instruction. It was just bad. Totally would not return.
