  • Hands down the best service experience at a dealership ever. Went in for routine oil change. small oil leak was discovered, and most importantly covered under warranty. was given a loaner car for the night. in and out in less than 1 hour. returned the next day to a spotless car. They even threw in free "Park Place Infiniti" coasters for my cup holders. The waiting area was clean quiet and comfortable. Delicious warm cookies, fresh orange juice and cold water available. there was even free use of a kuerig and a nice assortment of k-cups. service rep Kyle is the man...but from what I can tell everyone there is rock solid. The service department vehicle intake person even helped me find lost lenses for some glasses I dropped between the seats several weeks before! The only downside, which I assume was completely unavoidable, was the reset of the seat/mirror position memory. Love this place. made getting the vehicle serviced a pleasure.
